Microwave Brunch Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/5 tsp. pepper
    2 c. croutons
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Microwave bacon on High between several layers of paper toweling 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp.
    Cool and crumble. Combine eggs, milk, salt, mustard, onion powder and pepper in a bowl.
    Beat well.
    Pour over croutons and cheese in a 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
    Let stand 10 minutes. Stir.
    Microwave on High 6 minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times.
    Sprinkle with bacon and microwave on High an additional 1 to 2 minutes, depending on desired degree of doneness.
    Serves 4 to 6.
