Peachy Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cup Bisquick
    3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 cup chopped, pealed ripe peaches (or drained canned)
    1/2 cup milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease pie pan - 9-inch round or 8-inch square.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Beat well for 1 minute.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake 20 - 25 minutes until golden brown.
    Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
    (Works best with 9 inch round cake pan.)
