Chicken Fried Round Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
2 beaten eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
1 to 1 1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs
1/4 c. cooking oil
salt and pepper
Preparation

Pound steak thoroughly; cut into serving pieces.
Season.
Mix eggs and milk.
Dip meat into mixture, then into cracker crumbs. Brown on both sides in hot oil.
Cover and cook over very low heat for 45 to 60 minutes.
