Mary'S Breakfast Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 to 3 Tbsp. grated cheese
    white bread
Preparation
    Place bread to cover 9 x 5-inch bread pan.
    Beat eggs.
    Blend in milk, cheese, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Add onion.
    Pour mixture over the bread.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
