Classic Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 orange
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. water (approximately)
    1 (12 oz.) bag cranberries, fresh or frozen, rinsed
Preparation
    Grate all the zest off the orange.
    Mix zest with sugar in medium saucepan.
    Squeeze juice from orange into measuring cup. Add enough water to make 1 cup.
    Pour into saucepan and stir to dissolve sugar.
    Heat to a boil.
    Add cranberries.
    Return to a boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Boil gently until all cranberries pop.
    Stir often.
    Cook 5 minutes more.
    Cool in saucepan.
    Pour into serving dish.
    Cover and refrigerate.
