Top Of Stove Meat Loaf For 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 lb. ground beef (about 1 c.)
    2 Tbsp. uncooked rolled oats
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper as desired
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce and water.
    Shape into 2 loaves.
    Brown in frypan until brown on all sides.
    Drain grease.
    Add water and tomato sauce (mixed separately) over loaves.
    Cover and cook 30 minutes on low heat.
    Add more water if needed.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
