Cream Cheese Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. sausage, finely crumbled
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (14 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and chopped
2 Tbsp. fine bread crumbs
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/3 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. bread crumbs
fat for deep frying
Preparation

Fry sausage and onion until brown.
Drain well.
Add sauerkraut and 2 tablespoons bread crumbs.
Combine cream cheese, parsley, mustard, pepper and garlic salt.
Stir in the meat mixture and chill.
