Liver And Vegetable Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. beef liver, sliced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 small green pepper rings
    1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    dash of cayenne pepper
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Dip liver slices in flour.
    Heat butter in large skillet until bubbly.
    Cook liver in butter until brown on both sides, 5 minutes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except lemon juice. Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer covered until liver is done, about 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Yields 2 servings.
