Veal Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 chopped onion
salt and pepper
1/2 c. catsup
1 chopped green pepper
6 veal cutlets
flour
1 c. warm water
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet and saute green peppers and onion. Brown the veal cutlets which have been dipped in flour and sprinkled with salt and pepper.
When brown, pour over catsup that has been mixed with the warm water.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
