Zip-Quick Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 Tbsp. butter, in thin pieces
    3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    In food processor, mix flour, baking powder, soda and salt 15 seconds.
    Store in Ziploc bag until ready to make biscuits.
    Then pour in food processor; add shortening and butter.
    Process 15 seconds or until crumbly.
    Add buttermilk and process a few seconds until it forms a ball.
    Knead and shape.
    Bake biscuits at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
    Makes 1 dozen.
