Cranberry Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour (unsifted)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. sugar
    1 orange rind, grated juice of the orange and enough water added for 3/4 c. liquid
    oil
    beaten egg
    nuts
    cranberries
Preparation
    Sift together the first 4 ingredients.
    Add sugar, orange rind, liquid, oil and beaten egg.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Stir in nuts and cranberries.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Yields 1 loaf.
