Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 onion, minced
    1 bell pepper, minced
    3 jalapeno peppers, minced
    1 (No. 2) can cream-style corn
    2 c. grated hoop cheese
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. ground meat
Preparation
    Spray an oblong baking dish with Pam.
    Brown meat.
    Add seasonings and peppers; set aside.
    Then add all other ingredients, except cheese, in a bowl.
    Pour half of mixture into pan, then top with meat mixture and half of cheese, then repeat corn meal mixture and cheese.
    Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
