Creme Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. water
4 eggs
Preparation

Bring water and butter to boiling point.
Sift flour and salt in boiling liquid. Stir until a ball is formed which slips from the side of pan.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating vigorously after each egg is added.
Drop by spoonful on a greased cookie sheet.
Place dough 3-inches apart.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes. When baked, remove from sheet to cooling rack; slit on one side to fill.
