Ham-Cheese-Broccoli Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    2 c. diced, cooked ham
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 1/2 c. homogenized milk
    2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli; remove crusts from bread and fit into bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Layer in cheese, broccoli and ham.
    Arrange the rest of bread to cover entire dish. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over bread.
    Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Serves 12.
