Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped rhubarb
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. butter
salt
2 egg whites
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
Preparation

Mix flour, butter, salt and sugar together.
Mix in 2 egg yolks.
Add rhubarb and mix.
Fold in 2 stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour in pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
