Ingredients

1 stick softened oleo
8 Tbsp. Crisco
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour (add one at a time)
2/3 c. milk (at room temperature)
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Use electric mixer to mix oleo, Crisco, sugar and 1 tablespoon flour.
Add milk and 1 tablespoon flour; mix.
Add last tablespoon of flour and vanilla.
Beat until it is light and peaks form. (Total mixing time is 10 minutes.)
Spread over cake, then sprinkle with mini chocolate chips all over icing.
