Tortellini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. frozen cheese filled tortellini (about 2 c.)
    1/2 c. Marie's Zesty fat-free Italian vinaigrette
    1 small cucumber, diced (1 c.)
    1 medium tomato, diced (1 c.)
    1 medium green onion, sliced (about 2 Tbsp.)
    leaf lettuce (optional)
    fresh oregano sprigs and cherry tomatoes for garnish
Preparation
    Cook tortellini according to package directions.
    Drain in colander.
    In a medium bowl, toss hot tortellini with vinaigrette; cool 10 minutes.
    Add cucumber, tomato and onions; toss gently to coat.
    Serve at room temperature or refrigerate until serving time.
    Serve on lettuce lined plate.
    Garnish with oregano sprigs and cherry tomatoes.
