Cheesy Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
6 c. water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
5 oz. pasta (twists or elbow)
10 oz. broccoli
1 lb. Velveeta
onion
milk
Preparation

Saute onion in 2 tablespoons of oil.
Add water, bouillon cubes, garlic powder and noodles.
Simmer for 3 minutes.
Add broccoli.
Simmer for 4 minutes.
Add Velveeta.
Add milk to desired thickness.
Turn the heat off because as it sets, the pasta will continue to cook and become too mushy.
Use pasta twists or elbow, not egg noodles.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
