Tex-Mex Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 roast
2 c. dry pinto beans
1 can chopped green chilies
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 c. mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 c. sugar
salt and pepper
Preparation

Trim fat from roast.
Salt and pepper both sides, then place in roaster.
Pour remaining ingredients around roast.
Cover with water.
Place lid on and bake in oven for 12 hours at 250\u00b0.
