Strawberry Sauce(Brandied) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. strawberries, crushed
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. brandy (optional)
Preparation

Combine sugar and cornstarch in 1-quart glass bowl or measuring bowl. Stir in lemon juice and crushed strawberries. Cook, uncovered, for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil is clear, in microwave.
Cool slightly. Stir in brandy to taste. Chill well before serving. Use over cake or ice cream.
