Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes, cubed
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with salt in water to cover until almost tender. Drain.
    Add cheese and milk to hot potatoes. Pour into 2-quart casserole and bake in 275\u00b0 oven until bubbly and thick, about 20 minutes.
