E-Z Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground chuck
    3/4 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 to 1/2 c. ketchup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Put in bowl.
    Add ketchup on top.
    Cook at 170\u00b0 with probe until done (approximately 15 minutes at #1).
    Let stand about 10 minutes.
