1 c. softened butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. coconut extract
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar together.
Add eggs one at a time. Combine flour, soda and salt and add alternately with sour cream to the sugar mixture.
Stir in coconut, vanilla and coconut extract.
Bake in greased and floured 10-inch tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool completely in pan.
