Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 lb. can sliced carrots or 2 c. fresh, cooked carrots
Preparation

Melt butter or margarine with sugar and lemon juice in small skillet.
Drain carrots and place in sugar mixture.
Heat for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
Serves 3 to 4.
