Cheese Strata Provencal - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 slices large sourdough bread, crusts removed and cubed
2 c. shredded Cheddar and Jack cheeses
1/4 c. sun-dried tomatoes, drained and minced
1/2 c. drained and chopped artichokes (not marinated)
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
5 large eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients together.
Beat eggs, milk and pepper together, then pour over the first 5 ingredient mixture. Chill overnight in an 8 x 11-inch casserole (greased).
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for about 50 minutes until lightly browned and center is firm to the touch. Cool 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
