Carrot Cake And Cream Cheese Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    3 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cream eggs and sugar until smooth.
    Add oil and blend well. Add carrots and vanilla.
    Mix in sifted dry ingredients.
    Add pineapple, nuts and raisins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Makes 3 (8 or 9-inch) round cake layers.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
