Crusted Crispy Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut up or 6 to 8 chicken breasts
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. instant potato flakes
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    celery leaves and thinly sliced celery (for garnish)
Preparation
    Wash chicken, pat dry and set aside.
    Beat egg and milk in bowl.
    In
    another\tbowl,
    mix potato flakes, garlic powder and Parmesan
    cheese.
    Roll chicken first in egg and milk mix. Then roll
    in
    potato
    flakes mixture.
    Melt butter in shallow baking pan.
    Roll\tcoated chicken in the butter and place skin side up in pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Transfer to platter. Garnish with celery leaves and slices.
    Serve.
