Quiche Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch pie crust
    3 large eggs, beaten
    2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    salt and pepper
    1 c. ham, chopped fine
    1 3/4 c. half and half
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Add chopped ham to bottom of uncooked pie crust.
    Beat eggs by hand.
    Mix flour with small amount of half and half to make it smooth.
    Add milk and milk-flour mixture with eggs.
    Add cheese and salt and pepper.
    Mix well with wire whisk or fork; pour over ham.
    Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes, or until almost set.
    It will shake slightly in middle.
    Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
    Must be served hot.
    Serves 8.
