Sara'S Stir-Fry Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. carrots
    1/2 c. peas
    3/4 c. sliced onions
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    broccoli pieces
    1 c. rice
    1 can mushrooms
    sweet and sour sauce, purchased
Preparation
    Put oil in skillet and heat.
    Add carrots for 5 minutes.
    Then add peas for 5 minutes.
    Add onions and green pepper.
    Stir-fry 10 minutes.
    Add broccoli pieces for 5 minutes.
    Drain the oil off.
