3 Mac apples
3 Cort apples
4 peaches
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. apple pie spice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
dash of salt
4 drops lemon juice
5 tsp. butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine 10 cups thin sliced pared apples and peaches, spices, sugar and flour into mixing bowls. Turn several times and allow the ingredients to rest and mingle while preparing the pastry.
Carefully place the ingredients into a pastry lined glass pie plate.
Build the mound from the rim up to the center.
Clip the excess pastry to within 1/2-inch of the pie plate.
Add lemon drops and butter.
