Breakfast Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 c. fine cracker crumbs
    2 c. thinly sliced onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine 1/4 cup butter and cracker crumbs into a 9-inch pie pan.
    Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter.\tPlace in crumb shell. Top
    with
    eggs
    beaten
    with
    the\tmilk and the salt. Sprinkle with
    cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Delicious with bacon or sausage.
