Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 inch) pie crust
    1 1/4 c. chopped ham or turkey on bottom of crust
    3 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 small can French fried onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients, except onions. Pour into crust and top with onions. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. You may substitute green onions and green peppers in the mix and omit fried onions on the top.
