Squash Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large bell peppers, chopped
    2 c. chopped onion
    8 c. squash, thinly sliced
    3 c. sugar
    2 c. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Put spices in bag.
    Bring vinegar, spices, sugar and salt to a boil.
    Add all other ingredients and bring to a rolling boil. Cook about 2 minutes and turn off heat.
    Wait 1 hour and jar.
