Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 (16 oz.) can stewed chili style tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 cans mexicali corn, drained
    1 c. onion, chopped
    hot sauce to taste
    2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef. Drain.
