Speedy Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 (12 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown beef, onions and celery in skillet.
    Add soup, mushrooms and garlic.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add sour cream and heat over low heat to serving temperature.
    Serve over noodles.
