Green Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork pieces
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 c. pork stock
    2 Tbsp. green chilies, finely chopped
    dash of ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook pork in a little water until tender, about 1/2 hour.
    In hot oil in a skillet, cook pork (drained and cut up) until lightly browned.
    Add garlic and onion; cook until golden, about 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in flour until smooth.
    Stir in pork stock; bring to a boil, stirring over medium heat.
    Add remaining ingredients; simmer, uncovered, and stir about 5 minutes.
    Serve over burritos.
