Broccoli And Cheese Puff - cooking recipe

10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
4 slices bread
1 c. Swiss cheese, slivered
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of Tabasco sauce
2 tsp. dried minced onion
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Grease 9-inch baking pan. Cook chopped broccoli in boiling, salted water according to package directions; drain well. Cut 4 slices bread into triangles and line pan. Combine broccoli with butter, Swiss cheese, salt, Tabasco and minced onion. Spoon over bread. Beat eggs; add milk, then pour over broccoli mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until puffed and set.
