Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in roaster pan and cover.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 2 hours or until tender.
    If desired, add carrots, potatoes or favorite vegetables in preferred amounts.
    Cover and bake another 1 1/2 hours or until vegetables are done.
    Remove cover last 15 minutes to allow juices to thicken.
