Chinese Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless sirloin steak
    2 bell peppers
    1 to 2 onions
    2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
    1/4 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Cut steak in strips.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt.
    Brown meat in oil.
    Saute peppers and onions in meat grease.
    Mix sugar, ginger, cornstarch and water.
    Add mixture, tomatoes and meat. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
