Homemade Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 large, minced garlic cloves
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 (29 oz.) can tomato puree
    1 lb. ground chuck, browned
Preparation
    Heat olive oil over medium heat.
    Add garlic.
    Stir and cook until soft and golden, stirring frequently.
    Add seasonings and tomato products.
    Bring to a boil at medium-high heat, then reduce to low, cover loosely and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add ground chuck if you want meat sauce.
