Sunshine Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium carrots
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cut carrots on the bias; cook in salted water until tender. Drain.
    Meanwhile combine next 4 ingredients in a small saucepan. Add orange juice.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles.
    Boil one minute.
    Stir in margarine.
    Pour over cooked hot carrots, tossing to coat evenly.
