Cole Slaw(Can Be Frozen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head grated cabbage
    1 tsp. salt
    1 grated carrot
    1 red or green sweet pepper, diced
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. celery salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1/3 to 1/2 c. water (hot or cold)
Preparation
    Combine cabbage and salt; let stand for 1 hour.
    Add carrot and sweet pepper.
    Boil together remaining ingredients for 1 minute.
    Pour over slaw.
