Tootsie Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. white syrup
    2 sq. melted chocolate
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. powdered sugar
    3/4 c. dry milk
Preparation
    Mix and knead together; then roll out into 3/4-inch rolls. Cut into lengths; let stand awhile and then wrap.
