Pot 'O' Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (15 oz.) cans pork and beans
    1 small can tomato paste
    1/4 c. barbecue sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Stir-fry ground beef until done; drain.
    In a 3-quart crock-pot mix all ingredients.
    Cook on high for 1 hour.
    Stir and cook 30 minutes on low.
