Plain Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
Preparation

Combine egg, milk and oil.
Sift together dry ingredients. Add to egg mixture.
Stir only until dry ingredients are moistened.
The batter will be lumpy.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
