Skillet Barbecue Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips or chunks
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce (Bull's-Eye original is one of the best)
    1 c. water
    1 (11 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    2 c. Minute rice original (uncooked)
Preparation
    Brown chicken in hot oil in large skillet.
    Stir in barbecue sauce, water, corn and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Stir in rice.
    Cover.
    Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
