Sunday Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) broiler-fryer, cooked
    1/4 lb. cooked lean ham
    1 large stalk celery, thinly sliced
    1/3 c. mayonnaise (low-fat)
    1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 large avocado
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dice chicken and ham into bite size pieces.
    In large bowl mix ham and chicken pieces, celery, mayonnaiae, sour cream, lemon juice, pepper and salt.
    Peel avocado and cut into bite size pieces.
    Gently stir into chicken mixture.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
