Pork Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 lb. pork
 
1/2 garlic
1 onion
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
12 saltines, crushed
water as needed
salt as needed
pepper as needed
Preparation
- 
                            Chop garlic and onions.
 
Put in pan over low heat with pork. When onions are soft, add cloves and cinnamon.
Salt and pepper. Cook over low heat for about 1 to 2 hours.
Add water as needed. After 2 hours, add saltines until saltines are absorbed, about 1 more hour.
