Swedish Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cucumbers
1 large onion, sliced thin
2/3 c. white vinegar
6 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Wipe cucumbers with fresh damp cloth.
Score cucumber skin with fork and slice very thin.
Place slices in bowl and sprinkle with salt and sugar.
Add vinegar.
Press slices until quite juicy.
Place in jars and refrigerate.
