Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar (including 1/3 c. brown sugar)
    2 c. coarsely grated zucchini
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. oil
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, oil and zucchini.
    Add dry ingredients and mix well.
    Add vanilla, nuts and raisins.
    Pour into two oiled and floured 5 x 9-inch pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or 325\u00b0 for glass.
